Meet Brenda

There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple.  However, there are also many elements of a smooth transaction that can be complicated and daunting. I expect so much from myself and I want my clients to know they can expect great things, too. 

Born and raised in Toronto, ON and moved out to Etobicoke at a young age where I grew up most of my life.  In 2007 I moved out to the West end Mississauga/Brampton area where I enjoy spending my free time keeping fit at the gym and the outdoors on the bikes and walks with my dog.  I'm also a total animal lover and donate my time to help lost animals find their way back home and give back to shelters local and abroad.

My Real Estate career started in January 2004, as an assistant to a very successful Realtor in the million dollar home market in the Kingsway in Etobicoke. I've learned from the very best in working with people, working on large deals, in a competitive market with many homes selling in competition and in just a few days.  The level of service and professionalism that I learned here was invaluable. I can bring this kind of knowledge and experience to my clients regardless of what the market conditions are.  I also have a 10 year marketing background with a B.A. from Ryerson University which can help leverage and assist my clients in getting their home sold for top dollar.  Being honoured with various award winning results throughout my real estate career gives me pride in the work I do; Sales Achievement, Master, Director, President and Platinum awards, from different Brokerages that I've had the pleasure to work with.  What this means to my client's is being able to give them the results they expect from a great Realtor.

I've also had the privilege of working for a Boutique Brokerage, In2ition Realty, in New Construction.  In2ition Marketing Insights is a Premier Real Estate Boutique Brokerage Firm that delivers the ultimate level of service and marketing expertise, benefitting Builders and Developers in new construction throughout the GTA. I've learned the ins and outs of working with different Builders and it's given me the advantage to assist my clients in all areas of real estate, whether they're thinking of resale or new homes. I continue to work with various Builders selling out successful projects throughout the GTA.

Giving back to the community has also been an important role in my career. I volunteered in the Mississauga community at the Trillium Health Centre for approximately 6 years.  I helped the Foundation in their efforts to raise money for the hospital, I was a committee member for Trillium's Gala and I also took part in the fundraising for Diwali.  I've also been an Ambassador for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel; Making a difference in the life of a child or youth can be so profound. It's such a joy to be able to give back to the community and help others; you really feel the appreciation of everyone around and this also stems and reflects into the work I do for my clients in real estate.
